How we rank

Nobody pays to be listed or to rank higher.

Every project gets 10 scores from 0 to 100: price, value per m², location, beach, facilities, delivery, developer, space, visitor interest and listing detail. The grade is the plain average of the 10, and the ranking orders projects by it. Votes, saves and questions raise visitor interest. A verified developer gets 100 in listing detail.

Buyers pay nothing. Developers pay nothing to be listed, verify or rank. RealHunt earns 5% from the developer only if a buyer it introduced buys.
